China produce too many goods for the
world, things we use every day like our cellphones and this productions causes
high levels of air pollution over their territory. Those pollutants can reach U.S
west coast due to airstreams which travel through the Pacific. Proceedings of
the National Academy of Science -PNAS- researchers said that more or less a 60%
of pollutant emissions in China come from goods to export and like 20% of those
goods goes to U.S.
Opinion
This is a good point of view. The
researchers talks about how manufacturing industries affects the environment
and weather making a comparison between China and U.S. I think that both China
and the other countries which demands made in China goods are responsible in a
50/50 of the emissions of air pollution in world. Those studies prove that
world is under a serious health threat and we have to do something right now.
The other part of study which will
evaluate the percentage of demand and supply between China and countries like
U.S will determine the next step to heal the planet and decrease the air
pollutions levels around the world.
